What size should I buy?

Finding your perfect fit is crucial for comfort and style. Here's what you need to know about Terraloom shoe sizes:

Brazilian Craftsmanship: Our shoes are proudly manufactured in Brazil, where a unique sizing system is used.

Size Conversion: We've carefully converted Brazilian sizes to their UK and EU equivalents for your convenience. You can find the table in the Size Chart next to the size picker.

Slight Variations: Due to differences in sizing standards, you may notice small variations compared to other UK or EU brands.

For Best Results: We strongly recommend using our size conversion table, found on each product page.

Measure for Accuracy: For the most precise fit, use your foot measurements (in centimeters or inches) and compare them to our size chart.

What is the shipping policy?

At Terraloom, we want to keep you informed every step of the way:

Order Updates: You'll receive two important emails from us. The first confirms your order, and the second provides tracking details once your shoes are on their way.

Delivery Timeframes: Our shipping estimates begin the day after you place your order, unless otherwise noted.

Free Shipping Thresholds: Please note that Gift Card purchases are not included when calculating eligibility for free shipping offers.

EU Military Addresses: We regret that we cannot currently ship to military addresses within EU countries.

Delayed or Damaged Orders: In the rare instance that your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or reaches you in less-than-perfect condition, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team via terraloom@terraloom.co.uk. We're here to help!

How do I track my Order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order in two easy ways:

Through your Terraloom account:

- Click on your order to view real-time tracking information

Via the tracking number:

Haven't received your tracking information? Orders typically process within 2 business days. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we're focusing on delivering our sustainable footwear to customers across the United Kingdom. While we're not shipping internationally just yet, we're excited to share that we're working on expanding our delivery service to Europe and other regions around the world.

Returns & Exchanges

My Order is wrong. What should I do?

While our packing team strives for perfection and mix-ups are rare, even the most attentive eyes can occasionally slip. Should something not be quite right with your order, we'll get it sorted quickly!

- Photos of the items received (they help us fix things faster!)

Do I need to pay for return?

Your first return for size adjustment is completely free - consider it our welcome gift to help you find your perfect Terraloom fit

Here's how it works:

Your first exchange is completely free - we cover the shipping costs

This allows you to try a different size or style without any extra charges

Simply initiate your exchange through our returns portal, and we'll guide you through the process

For subsequent exchanges or returns:

A standard return shipping fee will apply

Clear instructions will be provided during the return process

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Time is of the essence! If you spot an address error, contact us immediately at terraloom@terraloom.co.uk. We'll do our best to catch that package before it starts its journey to the wrong destination.

Important: Once an order is placed, our system cannot cancel or modify it (even our tech wizards can't override this one). If the package has already been shipped to an incorrect address, we unfortunately cannot recover it.

Tip: Save your correct address to your account for faster, error-free checkout next time. A minute double-checking your details can save hours of worry!

Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?

Absolutely! Think of it as shoe matchmaking - sometimes it takes a second date to find the perfect fit. Just start a return request, mention you'd like a size exchange, and we'll guide you through the process. Remember, your first size exchange is on us!

Does the item need to be in its original condition?

Yes, please! While we know it's tempting to strut around in your new Terraloom shoes, please try them on indoor surfaces only. They should be returned unworn, with all tags and packaging - just as fresh as when they arrived at your door.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return and consider it eligible for refund, we'll process your refund within 24 hours. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

What if I received the wrong item?

Oh dear! While our meticulous packaging team treats each order like a work of art (and mix-ups are rarer than a sunny day in London), if our shipping pixies have had a moment of confusion, we're on it! Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send you a return label and get your correct shoes on their way faster than you can say "Terraloom"!
